Return Policy

Zelik reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, merchandise that does not comply with our return policy (worn, without tags, outside the 14-day period, etc.), or exhibits indicators of use for photoshoot or commercial use. Price adjustments are available at the discretion of Zelik within 14 days of order placement date.

Please contact service@zeliknyc.com for a return shipping label. Delivery cost of returns will be paid by customer and deducted from return amount.

Please include a copy of your receipt in the box indicating the item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. Any error in a shipment or damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of the package arrival or the item will not be refunded. An email notification will be sent to you once your refund has been processed by Zelik. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days from the date of your return package arrival (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Zelik).

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation Monday through Friday, any orders placed after 3 P.M. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

We currently only accept domestic orders for shipment in the United States. We will not ship internationally.
